Pricing questions
Is Pro really a one-off payment?+
Yes. You pay once and Pro stays on your account. There's no renewal, trial-to-paid switch or credit pack.
What is the founder price?+
The first 500 people on the founder list get Pro for £14.99 instead of £19 when it launches. Joining the list is free and doesn't commit you to anything.
How does the money-back guarantee work?+
Log at least 20 applications through AutoCV within 90 days of buying Pro. If none of them reach interview, email us and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no hoops.
Is there a fair-use limit on AI?+
Pro includes generous AI use for a normal job search, up to 1,000 AI rewrites and reviews a year. That's far more than most people ever need, and it keeps the one-off price possible.
Do you offer licences for universities, colleges or schools?+
Yes. Careers services can give every student Pro, with an adviser view of anonymised cohort progress. Get in touch through the founder list form and mention your institution.
